Proposals for thesis
Nanotecnologie in drug delivery:
1 Progettazione, sviluppo e caratterizzazione di bioconiugati polisaccaridici per la veicolazione attiva e selettiva di farmaci.
2. Progettazione, sviluppo e caratterizzazione di sistemi assemblati polimeri/proteine
3. Progettazione, sviluppo e caratterizzazione di sistemi polimerici colloidali sensibili a stimoli microambientali (ad esempio pH e temperatura) per il rilascio selettivo e controllato di faramci antitumorali.
4. Sistemi nanoparticellari lipidici, polimerici o inorganici per ila veicolazione selettiva di farmaci al sito d'azione
5. Sviluppo di nuovi promotori per l'up-take cellulare di farmaci.

Durante il lavoro di tesi verranno impiegate semplici tecniche di coniugazione chimica, tecniche analitiche cromatrgrafiche (HPLC) e spettrometriche (UV-Vis, Fluorimetria, Dicroismo Circolare, NMR, spettrometria di massa, Light Scattering ecc), caloriemtriche, culture cellulari.

Il lavoro di ricerca viene usualmente svolto in collaborazione con gruppi di ricerca iatliani e stranieri.

Sono disponibili posti di internato di tesi per studenti di CTF, Farmacia e Biotecnologie, nonchè corsi di laurea in discipline chimiche e biologiche.
