Proposals for thesis
Le attività di tesi riguardano le seguenti tematiche:
- qualità dei prodotti lattiero-caseari;
- innovazione nel settore lattiero-caseario;
- utilizzo delle tecnologie all'infrarosso nel settore delle produzioni animali e del Pet Food;
- qualità della carne bovina;
- strategie per il miglioramento della redditività nell'allevamento bufalino e della bovina da latte;
- qualità del latte e prodotti lattiero-caseari di specie minori (capra, pecora).

La disponibilità degli argomenti di tesi è legata alle attività di ricerca svolte all'interno del gruppo del Prof. Massimo De Marchi; gli studenti interessati possono contattare il Prof. Massimo De Marchi per valutare la disponibilità degli argomenti e concordare eventuali tempi e modi di svolgimento.

Curriculum Vitae
Massimo De Marchi was born in Castelfranco Veneto (TV, Italy) on 4 November 1978.
Current position: Full Professor of Animal Science, Department of Agronomy, Food, Natural resources, Animals and Environment, University of Padova.

2002 - Degree (5-years) in Agricultural Science, University of Padova (110/110 magna cum laude).
From April to October 2004 - Visiting scientist in the College of Agriculture and Life Science – Department of Animal & Poultry Science, Virginia Tech, Blacksburg, Virginia, USA, where he collaborated with Prof. David Notter and Prof. Emeritus Paul Siegel.
2006 - PhD in Animal Science, University of Padova.
From 2006 to October 2014 - Assistant Professor of Animal Science, University of Padova.
From February to May 2008 - Visiting researcher in the School of Agriculture, Food Science and Veterinary Medicine, University College Dublin (Supervisors: Prof. Colm O’Donnell and Dr. Colette Fagan).
From November 2014 to February 2018 – Associate Professor of Animal Science, University of Padova.
From March 2018 - Full Professor of Animal Science, University of Padova.
