1999-2000 Supervisor of the Research Project -SolvET-of University of Padova :“Solvation Effects on the Dynamics of the Electron Transfer in Donor-Acceptor System in Anisotropic Medium: Micelles, Liquid Crystals and Proteins”.
2003-2004 Supervisor of the Research Project of University of Padova: “Effects of Electronic Communication in Mixed Valence Bimetallic Complexes”.
2008-2009 Supervisor of the Research Project of University of Padova: “Synthesis and properties of polymetallic complexes and mixed-valence intermediates as a function of bridging ligand topology”.

Research areas
Synthesis and study of polyaromatic organic ligands (e.g. indene, s- and as-indacene, trindene, cyclopentaphenantrene, benzothiophene, benzotrithiophene, oligopeptide of the alfa-aminoisobutyric acid, idantoins) and of their (multi)ferrocenyl complexes.

Study of the electron transfer dynamics in (multi)metallic complexes induced by chemical and electrochemical techniques: spectroelectrochemistry detection of Ligand-to-Metal, Metal-to-Ligand and Inter-Valence Charge Transfer transitions (LMCT, MLCT and IVCT).

Author of more than 60 papers on international journals (Angewandte Chemie, Organometallics, Chemistry European Journal, Chemical Communications, Organic Letters).
