Proposals for thesis
* Adult dvelopment: models and research tools
* Executive skills, socio-emotional skills, disability and Learning difficulties
* Development of Executive Life Skills and impact on participation and inclusion across life span
* Psychological resources (hope, optimism, resilience and temporal perspective) and awareness of age related changes on Personal and Professional Life Designing
* Knowledge of work activities and contexts: tools and psychoeducational actions promoting Life Design contruction in children and adolescents;
*Future time perspective, future goals and wellbeing in individuals with disabilities and in their families.
* Disabilities, family life and migration stories.

The projects may involve individuals with typical and healthy development and persons who experiences consequences of neurological problems, disability and/or psychosocial discomfort, with a life span approach.
Projects will focus on: Analysis of theoretical models; development of ecological procedures. development and validation of tools for the assessment and effectiveness analysis of interventions; Applications to rehabilitation, coaching and counseling.

Curriculum Vitae
She holds a degree in Psychology and a PhD in Psychology from the University of Padova. From 2005 she is researcher at the University of Padova and obtained an associate professor's qualification in 2017. She teaches Rehabilitative Counselling and Psychology of Disability and Inclusion in graduate courses within the Department of Philosophy, Sociology, Pedagogy and Applied Psychology of the University of Padova.
From 2005 she collaborates with the Larios Laboratory (Research and Intervention Laboratory for vocational Designing and Counselling) and with the University Centre for Disability and Inclusion. She is member of the Interdepartmental Family Research Centre of the University of Padova.
She is member of the Italian Society for Guidance (SIO), the European Society for Vocational Designing and Career counseling, the Rehabilitation and the Counseling Psychology Division of the American Psychological Association.
She is member of the International Association for the Scientific Study of Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IASSIDD) Special interest Group on Inclusive Education.
She is an active member of the European project CMINAR (counselling for refugee and Migrant Integration into the Labour Market – Development of courses for higher Education and Public employment Services) aimed at the development of career training courses Counselor who cater to people with migration stories.
She has been an active member of the project "University Network for innovation in Guidance" funded within the Lifelong Learning programme of the European Community (three 2009-2012/2013-2015).
In 2012,she was Visiting Scholar at the University of Queensland, School of Education, as part of the university cooperation Initiatives Programme.
She is a member of the Advisory Board of the International Journal for Educational and Vocational Guidance (IJEVG). Ad hoc reviewer for scientific journals Disability and Rehabilitation, Journal of Patient-Reported Outcomes (the JPRO), Journal of Policy and Practice in Intellectual Disabilities, International Journal of Brain and Cognitive Sciences, Journal of Prevention and Treatment.
Her research efforts are devoted to the study of work and social inclusion, to career education programs for adolescents, to dimensions and personal and contextual supports to Future Life Designing, either with and without vulnerabilities and disabilities, to the assessment and development of Executive Life Skills.

Studies involves individuals with typical development and those experiencing consequences of neurological diseases, disabilities and/or psychosocial discomfort throughout the life span.
Goals of the actions are: the development of assessment procedures; the development and effectiveness analyses of interventions for empowerment, prevention and rehabilitation through the use of new technologies and the involvement of different life contexts; contributions to the development of a person centered, positive and ecological rehabilitation model
