Curriculum Vitae
From 2019 she is researcher at the Department of Philosophy, Sociology, Education, and Applied Psychology, University of Padova. She teaches Psychology of career guidance, and part of Human Rights and Inclusion, and Social and Developmental Psychology

She collaborates with the Larios Laboratory (Laboratory for Research and Intervention in Vocational Designing and Career Counseling) and of the University Centre for Disability and Inclusion, at the University of Padova.

She received an award in 2015 from the European Society for Vocational Designing and Career Counselling (ESVDC), for the research project: ‘Journey in the world of professions and work’: A career intervention for children, and in 2012 the ‘Giuseppe Martini’ Award for Dissertation on Career development for adolescents

Member of Committee in European Projects:
- European Doctoral Programme in Career Guidance and Counselling (ECADOC; 2014-2017)
- Counselling for Refugee and Migrant Integration into the Labour Market - Development of Courses for Higher Education and Public Employment Services (CMinaR) (CMinaR; 2016-2019)
