Proposals for thesis
Master theses cover the following areas of research of the teacher and they can be written in English:
- rhetoric and legal methodology;
- topics and issues of legal informatics and bots, artificial intelligence and Internet rights;
- ethics and sports law;
- law and literature;
- didactics of law.

Any case discussed in the degree thesis can be published on the CollectIUS telematics platform.

Curriculum Vitae
Paolo Moro is Full Professor of Philosophy of Law and Legal Informatics at the University of Padua (Italy), where he is the President of the Degree Course of Law 2.0 (Treviso).
PhD in Philosophy of Law, he is a Lawyer qualified for the Supreme Court in Italy.
Paolo is Scientific Director of the Journal of Ethics and Legal Technologies ( and he has published various books, papers and chapters about Legal Rhetoric, Law and Technologies, Legal Education and Sports Law.
He is the founder of CollectIUS (, a search, discussion and filing digital platform, and he is also a member of the Global Integrity Research Network of the Coventry University.
He is Visiting Scholar in various universities in Europe and overseas (Kingston University of London, Universidad de Cordoba, Fordham University of New York, New South Wales University of Sydney, Australian National University of Canberra).

Research areas
Areas of research:
- fundamentals and methodologies of the judicial perspective of law;
- topics and issues of legal informatics and bots;
- rhetoric and legal education;
- law and literature;
- fair play and sports law.

The publications are available on Padua Research Archive, the institutional archive of the scientific production of the University of Padua.
