Curriculum Vitae

2017 - PhD at the School of Psychological Sciences of the University of Padua. Title of the thesis: Longitudinal predictors of the development of a calling.

From March to September 2017 - Six months research and training period at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

2013 - Master's Degree in Social, Work and Communication Psychology at the University of Padua, 110/110 cum laude.

2011 - Bachelor's Degree in Social and Work Psychology at the University of Padua, 110/110 cum laude.


From 2017 to present - Research Fellow at the Department of Philosophy, Sociology, Pedagogy and Applied Psychology in the project: "The Origin and Development of Occupational Calling".

2018 - Collaborator in the research activity: "Review of the capacity indicators of the Basic Assessment System (BAS)".

From 2014 to 2017 - Research collaborator in the PRIN Emp & Co project - Innovative curricula to create new professional skills.

From 2014 to present - Collaborator in national and international research projects: DAM Project, Many Labs 2, Many Labs 5, Psychological Science Accelerator, Reproducibility Project-Psychology.

2014 - Research collaborator in the project "Construction of a battery of tests for the selection and evaluation of human resources".

2013 - Assistant in personnel selection and training practices in a personnel selection and training company.


From 2014 to 2017 - Disciplinary tutor for the courses "Psychology of work and organizations" (a.a. 2017/2018, 2016/2017, 2015/2016, 2014/2015), "Evaluation of personnel in organizations" (a.a. 2017/2018 , 2016/2017) and "Training and evaluation of human resources" (a.a. 2014/2015, 2013/2014).
