Associate Professor at the Dipartimento di Tecnica e Gestione dei
Sistemi Industriali, University of Padua.
Laurea in Mathematics, University of Padua, in 1986, with 110/110 cum laude and the Ph.D. in Mathematics, at Rutgers University,under the direction of Prof. E.D. Sontag, in 1993.
Research interests are controllability and observability of nonlinear discrete time systems; identification, controllability and observability of recurrent neural networks; Lyapunov stability and stability of models with saturation nonlinearities; controllability of quantum systems and quantum walks.

Research areas

Quantum walks and Quantum systems: controllability and optimal time controllability, models with symmetries.
