Curriculum Vitae
Monica Chiogna graduated from the University of Bologna and obtained her PhD from the University of Padua in 1993.

She has been Researcher in Statistics at the University of Padua, Italy, from 1995 until 2001, and has previously held an academic position at the University of Glasgow (Scotland).

Her principal areas of research are computational and environmental statistics.

She is a Fellow of the Royal Statistical Society and of the Italian Statistical Society . Moreover, she is a member of the International Environmetrics Society and of GRASPA.

She is Associate Editor of Environmetrics.
