Proposals for thesis
1. Sistemi per il drenaggio sostenibile delle acque di pioggia in ambiente urbano (Sustainable Urban Drainage Systems): giardini pluviali (rain garden), tetti verdi (green roofs), bacini di bioritenzione (bioretention pond)
2. Prestazioni in laboratorio outdoor e in campo degli irrigatori e dei sistemi irrigui
3. Sicurezza nei cantieri per la manutenzione delle aree verdi, compreso il tree-climbing

Curriculum Vitae
Master Degree in Agricultural Sciences at the University of Padova. PhD in Agricultural Mechanics and Mechanization. Assistant Professor at the Dept. TESAF (Land, Environment, Agriculture and Forestry) of the University of Padova. Teaching activities at the University of Padova: “Irrigation and water management in green areas”, “Irrigation systems”, and “Maintenance of green areas”. Research activity: irrigation systems and innovative irrigation technologies with low environmental impact, green infrastructures for the sustainable management of stormwater runoff (green roofs, bioretention, etc.), application of hydrological models in the agricultural field, risk analysis in the workplaces for the maintenance of the green spaces. Member of Italian Society of Agricultural Engineering (AIIA), Italian Horticultural Society (SOI), Italian Group of Hydraulics (GII), EurAgEng, ICID (International Commission of irrigation & Drainage), CIGR (International Commission of Agricultural and Biosystems Engineering). She published more than 80 scientific papers (some of them in ISI/Scopus journal) and she attained international conferences and workshops also as invited speaker. Supervisor of more than 100 graduate and PhD students. Reviewer of some scientific journals (among the others Journal of Hydrology, Irrigation and Drainage, American Journal of Environmental Sciences). Erasmus Responsible Person for the Degree Course in Land and landscape restoration and enhancement, and Erasmus Departmental Coordinator for the Universidade Tecnica de Lisboa (Portugal) and for the Universidad Politecnica EUIT of Madrid (Spain).

Research areas
1. Analisi della componente idrologica e vegetazionale di strutture dotate di piante con valenza ornamentale (rain garden, tetti verdi, bioretention pond) per la gestione sostenibile dei deflussi di pioggia
2. Valutazione dei consumi idrici ed energetici, dell'uniformità di distribuzione e dell'efficienza irrigua delle tecnologie irrigue e fertirrigue (compresa la distribuzione dei reflui con impianto irriguo)
