Syllabus
Prerequisites: Familiarity with the basic concepts of General psychology, Developmental psychology and Work psychology.
Target skills and knowledge: - Describing and defining the concept of diversity with special attention to disability and migration stories
- Defining the concept of work, describing and using assessment measures
- Describing diversity and inclusion models
- Describing and using measures and intervention programs for promotig work and social inclusion
Examination methods: The exam is written and requires to complete three open questions in one hour.
Assessment criteria: - Knowledge of the theoretical topics covered by the program with attention to the articulation, precision and significance.

- Knowledge of procedures for assessment and intervention
Course unit contents: - Diversity: definition, diversity & inclusion models
- Concept of work and assessment
- Disability: definitions, strenghts and assessment, programs for facilitating inclusion
- Migration: elements for the analysis, assessment, programs and strategies for promoting social and work inclusion
- Self determination in working context
- Positive psychology and work
- The involvement of employers and colleagues
Planned learning activities and teaching methods: The main theoretical and methodological issues of the discipline will be discussed and field experiences will be proposed. Power point presentations and videos will be uploded on moodle.
