Target skills and knowledge: How to manage a project, with special emphasis in ICT projects.
Examination methods: written exam
Assessment criteria: Ability to choose the appropriate methodology for a generic project.
Mastering the tools for project management
Course unit contents: Information, people and relationships in the initial phase of the project

Tools for project management.
Basic behavioural project management: communication and team building.

The course will take as primary methodologies both the one proposed by the Project Management Institute, PMI, (http://www.pmi.org) and the Agile methodology (in particular Scrum) aiming at pointing out their interplay.
