Prerequisites: Basic knowledge of Pedagogy and Adult Education
Target skills and knowledge: Students at the end of the course will be able:

1. to use the correct lexicon regarding the field of teaching and learning methods
2. to know the value of participative teaching and learning methods as a resource for people development
3. to know the different factors of planning and managing the training process
4. to understand the value of working in a group in the organizations: from workgroup to group work
5. to understand to role of emotions in adult teaching and learning
6. to know and experiment some participatory techniques to foster engagement
7. to know and experiment work-related teaching and learning methods
8. to know and experiment teaching and learning methods to encourage reflection
9. to plan training activities to develop soft skills
Examination methods: Written test or individual oral exam

the attending students will be evaluated during the classes with group assignments and a written test at the end. The test includes 9 questions: 6 questions: multiple choices and 3: open questions related to the following learning outcomes: 1,3,6,7,8

In class assignments:

1. Introduce yourself using images and creative arts (2/30) (outcomes 1-4)
2. Micro-teaching (8/30) (outcomes 1,2,5)
3. Micro-planning of training for a real organization involved and presented in class (5/30)
4. Written test (15/30)
Assessment criteria: The evaluation criteria for the oral examination for not attending will be:

1. Knowledge of the contents presented in the volumes adopted for the course
2. Expressive clarity and ability to synthesize
3. Argument relevance
4. Exhaustiveness of the treatment

The criteria for evaluating personal presentation using metaphors:
1. Adequacy of the lexicon
2. The consistency of the images used with respect to the issues identified
3. Involvement of the participants during the presentation

The criteria for the evaluation of micro-teaching for attending students:
1. Learning objective of the presentation
2. Adequacy of the phases developed
3. The relevance of the methods used
4 The relevance of the sources used
5. Completeness of the product
6. Ability to work in a group
7. The effectiveness of the methods used for the involvement of the group of students

The criteria for the evaluation of the training macro-planning for attending students:
1. Responding to the need expressed by the organization
