The students will be able:
1.to define the concept of competence
2.to present the different approaches of competences assessment and certification widespread in Europe and in Italy
3.to explain the French methodology "bilan de competences"
4.to present the guidance tools used in the Region of Veneto
5.to explain the role of consultant / advisor
6.to present the validation process of in/non formal learning
7.to prepare his/her own portfolio
8.to simulate a process of "bilan de competences" |
Examination methods:

The exam is a multiple choice test based on the literature indicated in bibliography (learning outcomes 1,2,3,4,5,6) and it counts max 13/30.
The compulsory online activities consisting in preparing the individual portfolio and in giving/receiving peer feedback (learning outcome 7) count max 10/30.
The simulation of the "bilan de competences" (which will be replaced by a critical essay concerning the "bilan de competences" by the non- attending students) counts max 7/30 (learning outcome 8). |
