Syllabus
Prerequisites: Basic knowledge of general astronomy and physics.
Target skills and knowledge: The goal of this course is to give an advanced knowledge about observational issues and theoretical fundamentals in planetology and galactic and extragalactic astrophysics with respect to the basic and broad view given in the Bachelor Degree in Astronomy.
Examination methods: Mod. A: Oral or written exam with open questions about the topics discussed during lectures.
Mod. B: Oral exam about the topics discussed during lectures.
Assessment criteria: Knowledge of the topics presented during the lectures, quality and accuracy of the presentation, ability in making connections between the different topics and in comparing observations with theory.
