Prerequisites: Basic knowledge of Pedagogy , social and adult education
Target skills and knowledge: Students at the end of the course will be able:
- to understand the characteristics and the role of adult as a learner
- to know the barriers of adult learning
- to enhance adult learning and to develop the training process
- to know the essential theories of adult learning
- to use adult learning models in training/learning situations
Examination methods: Written test
the exam will take place in the following way:
written test with 5/6 open questions
Time: 90/100 minutes
Assessment criteria: Some general evaluation criteria are:
1. knowledge of theories and references;
2. clear thinking and writing;
3. completeness of the treatise;
4. critical thinking.
