Brief description of the degree course
Catatteristiche e finalità
Il Corso intende formare dei professionisti del diritto che siano in grado, già alla conclusione degli studi, di inquadrare, affrontare e risolvere con capacità operative concrete problemi giuridici attinenti al campo della attività di impresa, della contrattualistica, del commercio internazionale, della finanza, della produzione agroalimentare, della mediazione, della risoluzione alternativa delle controversie, confermando altresì la possibilità di inserirsi, con una formazione però più attenta alla concretezza delle necessità e dei tempi della modernità, nel solco più tradizionale delle attività pro-fessionali giuridiche.
L'offerta si caratterizza innovativamente sia nei contenuti sia nelle modalità di insegnamento. I contenuti presentano una maggiore integrazione fra gli ambiti giuridici diversi, con insegnamenti ed esami multidisciplinari, nei quali l'apporto di differenti punti di vista consentirà allo studente di formarsi un quadro organico e multidimensionale della materia.
Nell'insegnamento di tutte le materie è presente una prospettiva comparatistica e la valutazione delle connesse problematiche transnazionali.
Nuove anche le modalità di insegnamento, orientato al coinvolgimento attivo degli studenti con esercitazioni e discussione di casi, e con un loro costante accompagnamento nella preparazione degli esami, mediante l'assistenza di tutors che orientino e controllino il progredire dello studio.
Un ruolo decisivo nella formazione degli studenti sarà svolto dalle esperienze di stage, dai soggiorni di studio all'estero, dalle summer e winterschool in partnership con atenei stranieri.

Ambiti occupazionali
Il titolo consente di accedere alle professioni di avvocato, notaio, magistrato. I laureati in giurisprudenza possono diventare esperti legali nel settore pubblico e privato. La caratterizzazione innovativa del percorso didattico può a sua volta offrire importanti opportunità verso le nuove realtà professionali richieste nel mercato del lavoro.

Characteristic and objectives
The degree provides students with an opportunity to study law modules which are of vital interest in the modern world, the course deals with the study of contract law, marketing, agricultural law and alternative dispute resolution. The course ensures a great learning environment which encourages the exchange of perspectives between disciplines. The study of different areas of law will allow the student to form an organic, multi-dimensional framework.
Core law modules covers key professional skills such as problem-solving, critical analysis, report writing, professional advice and negotiation. Modules are focussed upon the application of law to real-life situations and deal with current legal issues. All students receive on-going face to face feedback from academic tutors during the course of their studies; students are encouraged to reflect upon their improvements and to determine academic and vocational objectives.
In addition to course work, all students are expected to complete an internship and they could also participate in summer or winter schools organized in partnership with foreign universities.
Graduates will find employment in national and international context. They pursue international careers in law firms, legal departments, international organizations, in consulting, banking, business development and in the start-up industry. Business lawyers can use skills in order to deal with corporate clients, business professionals working at the intersection of business and law, entrepreneurs and professionals interested in working in the start-up field.

Occupational opportunities
Law graduates can consider a wide range of careers that are law-related, they could become attorneys, magistrates and notaries. There also are other careers in the broader graduate job market, whether in the public sector and in commerce and industry. The innovative law program gives chances of getting new types of job.
