Target skills and knowledge:

Specific learning outcomes:
- to provide students with the theoretical background to analyse the governance, managerial and economic dimensions of organizations
- to provide students with the (basic) managerial tools, in order to understand governance issues, stakeholder relationships, basic bookkeeping and cost accounting |
Examination methods:

Written (and mainly voluntary oral) examinations, with two specific parts:
- written exam for the Human Resource Management course;
- written exam for the Business Administration course |
Assessment criteria:

In written exams the accuracy and the completeness of answers are evaluated |
