Prerequisites: He has passed the examinations of Techniques and Methods of Social Work 1 and 2.
The new international definition of Social Work (IFSW, "Global definition of Social Work", 2014) points out a promotional and political role of the profession of social worker, as well as of the most recent messages "World Social Work Day." Therefore the course It refers to the contents of the programs mentioned by international organizations for the training of social workers, such as AIDOSS, the IFSW and AISSW only by the relevant national legislation.

The Social Work as a profession help find the reference values ​​in the Italian Constitution, the historical evolution of Social Service, the Framework Law no. 328/2000 for the construction of the System of Integrated Interventions and Social Services.
Target skills and knowledge: During the course there will be links to the Theories of Social Work and the Code, as an ethical-philosophical basis, which must guiding operations, in a constant circular process of enrichment between theory and prassi.Valutare the effectiveness of interventions and social work outcomes, "integrated" with other professionals, will represent a significant element in the mindset of the operator. They will be offered the tools and the most suitable skills for the Community Social Services, following generative perspective of interventions, for a profession that can enhance the capabilities and responsibilities of citizens and communities.
The course aims to :
-Offer the knowledge of the methodological process of the Community Social Service and appropriate operational tools , to address the "complexity " of social problems ;
-accrescere the capacity for analysis and the transformative capacity of social policies ;
-orientare the operator towards comprehensive and integrated approach that takes into consideration the different aspects of social and organizational levels , closely " connected " to a promotional vision , community and integrated social work ;
-apprendere how to work for projects , seeking innovation , and make evaluation of social work ;
-set interventions following generative perspective of skills and responsibilities of individuals , families and communities .
Examination methods: Prerequisite : Successful Exams TECHNIQUES AND METHODS OF SOCIAL SERVICE 1 and 2 ;
The examination will be carried out through an Oral Exam .
Assessment criteria: Criteria for verifying knowledge and skills:
- ability to analyse social situations and complexity and use appropriate tools;
- knowledge of the methodological process of the Community Social Service and the appropriate operational tools;
- capacity for analysis and the transformative capacity of Social Policies;
- knowledge of the tools for promotional, Community and integrated interventions;
-Learning the work on projects and evaluate social work;
-Learning the generative perspective of the capacities and responsibilities of individuals, families and communities.

11) Communication in groups, verbal and non-verbal; Group work and with groups, group management styles; Auto Groups and Mutual Aid.

Group works on a written report of the Plan of action of a complex case .
