Prerequisites: Student should know the basics of macroeconomics. In particular, students should be familiar with both short- and medium-run models. Mathematics and statistics skills are extremely useful.
Target skills and knowledge: This course is a primer on macroeconomic policies and stabilization and aims to provide students with the basic knowledge and skills that are currently required by both public and private organizations involved in the analysis of macroeconomic policies.
Examination methods: There will be a written exam covering lectures and discussions.
Assessment criteria: A typical exam is composed by three questions. All questions contribute equally to the final score.
