Target skills and knowledge:

The course aims at providing the conceptual and operative tools to understand and interpret the logics underpinning the operations management n manufacturing and service firms and the relationships between firms in the supply networks. |
Examination methods:
|
The exam will be written (multiple choice, regarding theory and exercises). Students attending the course can participate in groups at the discussion of cases during the course. |
Assessment criteria:
|
Multiple choice will grant students up to 30 points. The active participation to group works can grant students up to 3 points to be added to the final grade. |
