Syllabus
Prerequisites: Basic knowledge about management and corporate finance
Target skills and knowledge: Analyzing the relationship bank-customer from the customer perspective. In particular, we will deepen:
- technical forms of different banking services and instruments;
- assessing costs of banking services;
- banking management (risks, solvency, efficiency);
- monetary policy and supervisory process.
Examination methods: Written exam (multiple choice test - 26 questions, and 1 exercise)
