Syllabus
Prerequisites: Basic knowledge of marketing and market research — obtained during the referential triennium course — is requested.
Target skills and knowledge: The course aims to deepen the topics related to the aims and techniques of social marketing, promotion and development of change, action and development of persons and organizations in the perspective of individualized relationship, sharing, sustainability, corporate responsibility, work and relation ethics.

The aim is to know how to project and realize an activity of social marketing.
Examination methods: Examination is in the written form, by open questions.
Assessment criteria: Competence of the theories and models in the social marketing field, communication and change and instruments of analysis and intervention.
Course unit contents: Evolution of social marketing and theoretical and applied perspectives.
Elements of communication and the expected results based on the values, ethics, responsibility, sustainability, individual and collective needs. Centrality of the person in listening and change, in order to improve the quality and efficacy of the organization.
Planned learning activities and teaching methods: Study of the indicated literature, with particular attention to the main theoretical models and the instruments of analysis and intervention.

The lessons are supported by discussion and in-depth analysis, using also the interactive mode.

The exercises based on the aspects of the applied theories may also be conducted.
