Recap of modeling, a priori identifiability, least squares & maximum likelihood parameter estimation, deconvolution fundamentals. Bayes estimation. Deconvolution of physiological systems. Models to understand/measure the glucose-insulin control system, both at whole-body and organ level. Models to simulate the glucose system in diabetes. Diabetes control: the artificial pancreas. |
