Syllabus
Prerequisites: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
Target skills and knowledge: Development of complex hydrological response models. Use of Geographic Information System for hydrologic use.
Examination methods: Assignments. Written exam + Oral exam.
Assessment criteria: Ability to complete and discuss the assignments. Written and oral skills during the examination.
Course unit contents: Deterministic and stochastic water balance equations. Energy balance. Precipitation dynamics. Geomorphology. Theory of probability and stochastic processes. Hydrologic response theory.
Planned learning activities and teaching methods: Frontal teaching. Assignments.
