Prerequisites: Private Law (1-2) exam is required
Target skills and knowledge: The course aims at providing Students with theoretical and practical knowledge in order to understand the meaning of the most important business contracts.

By attending this course Students should acquire the skills required to identify and solve the main issues arising from business agreements.

Contractual schemes will be studied.
Examination methods: Written examination at the end of the course. The written exam requires answering at three or four theoretical questions and solving a brief case. It lasts one hour.

Interaction with Students during the course is recommended and it will be evaluated. Attended Students are allowed to prepare a PP presentation, on one of the topics suggested by the teacher. This presentation will be evaluated as exame.
Assessment criteria: Grading system is on thirtieth scale.

The minimum mark for passing the examination is 18/30.

The assessment is based also on the type of mistakes, not only on the number of them.
Course unit contents: The course deals with business contract regulation, with particular reference to the most recent Italian and European legislation and the most relevant Court decisions.

The course deals with the following subjects:

CONTRACTS FOR BUSINESS NETWORKING (such as: Mandate; Commercial Agency Contract; Franchising; Network contract).
CONTRACTS FOR THE CIRCULATION AND MANAGEMENT OF GOODS AND SERVICES (such as: sale of goods; services contracts; contracts of the so called sharing economy)
Planned learning activities and teaching methods: Mode of delivery: lectures

Additional notes about suggested reading: An update edition of the Italian Civil Code is required

In addition to the Italian Civil Code, it is recommended a book regarding network agreements (see above).

Related to the other contracts in programme, it is sufficient an Istitutional Private law book and the notes from lessons.

During the course could be provided a recommended reading list.
