Syllabus
Prerequisites: Basic knowledge of general chemistry and organic chemistry, biochemistry
Target skills and knowledge: Knowledge of:
- drug discovery and development;
- mechanism of action of drugs;
- types of bonds and other factors involved in drug-target interactions;
- structure-activity relationships.
Examination methods: Written examination (multiple choice quizzes) and oral presentation on self-selected topics
Assessment criteria: Evaluation of the ability to apply the acquired knowledge
