Prerequisites: Corporate Governance and Management 1 and 2
Target skills and knowledge: The course aims at providing conceptual and operational instruments to understand and interpret the logics underneath the functioning of production activities (operations management), the relationships among firms contributing to production processes (supply chain management), and to interpret the relationships among economic and technological factors in the context of transformation processes.
Examination methods: The exam will be written (multiple choice, regarding theory and exercises). Students attending the course can participate in groups at the discussion of cases during the course.
Assessment criteria: Multiple choice will grant students up to 30 points. The active participation to group works can grant students up to 3 points to be added to the final grade.
