Syllabus
Prerequisites: Psychology of Work and Adult Education
Target skills and knowledge: At the end of the course he students will be able to:

- use the appropriate lexicon relate to organizational development and adult education and training
- identify the development factors of people working in organizations
- analyze the different processes of people management
- to choose the right methods for people training in different settings
- create and plan training for people working in organizations.
- map the different organizational processes.
Examination methods: Non attending students will held a written exam on chapters indicated by instructor in the fixed dates

Attending students (100% of the classes) will be tested during the course with assignments and in class exercises and a written test at the end.

The online activities are compulsory for both attending and non attending students
Assessment criteria: The following criteria will be used to asses the learning process and to evaluate the students' preparation

1. Level of knowledge of the developed contents
2. Conceptual clarity and ability of synthesizing the contents
3. Ability of explaining the contents
4. Ability of developing critical thinking
5. Originality and creativity in describing the topics and the tools developed during the courses
6. Ability of using the right lexicon in the field of organizational culture and teaching and learning methods

On the basis of the developed themes and of the students' needs some other criteria could be developed together and considered for the assessment
Course unit contents: 1) Organizational development and training.
2) Strategic Human Resource Development.
3) Management of training in the the organizations.
4) Different models of resource development and management.
5) Theories and practices of teaching and learning methods to foster learning in the organization.
6) Coaching, mentoring counseling.
7) Values, attitudes and skills in the organizational contexts.
