Syllabus
Target skills and knowledge: The teaching has the objective to introduce the student to the complex reality of the planning and the construction in Civil field furnishing him the essential tools for a first critical approach to the functions typical of the professionalism of the Civil engineer and to furnish him the knowledge both theorists how application, necessary to understand the project and the complex building system.
Examination methods: The examination consists in the evaluation of the elaborate ones of the project on assigned theme, and in the evaluation of the exercises and the tests developed in the classroom, over that in the evaluation of the degree of learning of the concepts base object of the lessons of the characterizing discipline.
Course unit contents: The Building System. The requirement approach. Articulation of the Building System in the technological, environmental and functional-spatial systems. Requirements and performances of the Building System. The Technological System: the structure; Closing; partitions; External partition and for signs the principals fittings; The meaningful parameters for the analysis of the Environmental and Functional-spatial System. The Building Process: articulation, operators and roles, the project and correlated documents.
