Syllabus
Prerequisites: Familiarity with the basic concepts of General psychology, Developmental psychology and Work psychology.
Target skills and knowledge: The course aims to examine the issues relating to the presence of people with disabilities and disadvantages in working environments, to increase knowledge of models and procedures for work inclusion emphasizing self-determination. It will also take into account the involvement of colleagues and employers.
Examination methods: Based on the number of students, the examination will be written or oral.
Assessment criteria: - Knowledge of the theoretical topics covered by the program.
- Use of technical Language.
- Knowledge of procedures for assessment and intervention.
Course unit contents: - Work inclusion for at risk people (with disability, immigrats, disadvantaged groups, etc.).
- Self determination in working context.
- Work inclusion.
- The involvement of employers.
Planned learning activities and teaching methods: The main theoretical and methodological issues of the discipline will be discussed and field experiences will be proposed.
