Syllabus
Prerequisites: Basic knowledge in the field of work and organizational psychology — obtained during the referential triennium course — is requested.
Target skills and knowledge: The course aims to deepen — through the main theoretical models — the topics related to organizational well-being/disease, and its efficacy on organizations and satisfaction/protection of the individual.

The course aims to deepen the knowledge and applied abilities using qualitative and quantitative instruments of analysis and intervention.
Examination methods: Examination is in written form, by open questions.
Assessment criteria: Competence in the theories and the models in well-being/disease in organizations and instruments of analysis and intervention.
Course unit contents: Organizational well-being and performance, risk prevention and security at work, methodologies and instruments of analysis and intervention. These topics will be confronted on the theoretical and applied level, also with regard to the public and private organizational cases.

Some specific topics that will be deepened are: possibility/modality of change and values transformation and behavior in the prospect of the personal and organizational development, as well as work-related stress.
Planned learning activities and teaching methods: Study of the indicated literature, with particular attention to the main theoretical models and the instruments of analysis and intervention.

The lessons are supported by discussion and in-depth analysis, using also the interactive mode.

The exercises based on the aspects of the applied theories may also be conducted.
