Syllabus
Target skills and knowledge: The course aims to provide students with:
[1] knowledge about economic factors affecting business;
[2] knowledge about people behavior inside business system and instruments for personnel management;
[3] marketing and business communication elements.
The course foresees evidences of managers working in a business pharmacy area.
Examination methods: Written test and oral examination if required.
Assessment criteria: Open questions covering the course program, with reference to economic current events and business case studies.
