Syllabus
Prerequisites: It is necessary to have passed the examins in German Language and have an excellent knowledge of the B1/B2 of the European Portfolio for Foreign Languages.
Target skills and knowledge: The students must be able to formulate in an analytic and synthetic way information of different linguistic types and sources; they must reinforce the knowledge of the arguments of the program and be able to discuss in a suitable way about the different arguments in a correct grammatical and morpho-syntactic way with correct prosodic intonation; they must be able to use the bilingual and monolingual dictionary and on line dictionaries.
The students must be able to translate from the mother tongue in the foreign language and from this foreign language in the mother tongue different text corpora and also text corpora; they also must be able to understand and speak about the arguments of film sequences.
Examination methods: The students have to analyze and translate also written and auditive text corpora of different jargons as politic and economic jargons.
The courses have also some exercise lessons for the whole year with Dr. Ruth Ottensen.
