Prerequisites: Total edentulism , recently, deceased thanks to social and economic improvment and to a better attention to oral hygiene. Nevertheless, is increasing the number of patients requiring a prosthetic rehabilitation for esthetical and functional improvement.
Edentoulism involve many inconveniences for the patient: social ones, chewing ones, phonetic ones and aesthetic ones. The mayor reason of dental loss is periodontic disease.
Etiology of this disease wich damage the dental support tissues is recognized in bacteria and in a not correct hygiene.

For each therapy they should know: indications, advantages, inconveniences and success rate.
