Syllabus
Prerequisites: The course can be followed by students with different background. Having attended a course like Strategic Management of Organizations can facilitate the learning of the contents of this course.
Target skills and knowledge: The course enables students to acquire managerial skills on Project Management and on the Management of innovation. In particular the following abilities:
- to understand the fundamental aspects of a project from a managerial point of view.
- to understand the viewpoints of the various stakeholders of a project and their influence on the same.
- to build a project plan.
- to understand the fundamentals of the execution of a project
- to learn from the experience
- to communicate the project plan
- to understand the entrepreneurial dimension of a project
Examination methods: At the end of the course a written examination is planned on the entire program.
Assessment criteria: The assessment is based on the following activities and relative weight:
40% written examination
45% project work
10% participation in the classroom discussion
5% presentation of the project work

Planned learning activities and teaching methods: The course is characterized by a high level of interactivity in which the teacher stimulates the action of the students and the classroom discussion on all content and the themes.
During the course students must develop a project on a topic agreed with the teacher.
The project must be presented to the other students at the end of the course.
