Syllabus
Prerequisites: Analog Electronics
Target skills and knowledge: Develop capability for synthesis and design of analog electronic circuits. Analyze the operation of specific circuits. Develop skills on the techniques of design and realization of electronic circuits.
Examination methods: The course is developed with classroom lessons (in italian language) and intensive activity in the "electronic design laboratory" for design, realization and testing of assigned prototypes.
Assessment criteria: Oral exam and evaluation of the laboratory activity report
Course unit contents: The classroom activity includes a brief description of available projects and assistance to the design phase. Moreover many lectures are devoted to specific topics of analog electronics with in-depth analisys and design of application-oriented electronic circuits.
The laboratory activity involves design, implementation and testing of a prototype of a circuit assigned by the teacher.
A single project is assigned to a group of two students.
Planned learning activities and teaching methods: The lessons are in Italian language.
