Prerequisites: No one.
Target skills and knowledge:: To acquire a good knowledge of topics proposed in the program, obtaining lexical mastery and deep cognition of the fundamental aspects of the subject.
Course unit contents: The course intends to present the most important juridical thoughts and the main authors that have focused their studies on law with an historical and philosophical analysis from old age to nowadays.
Planned learning activities: Doctrine of Natural law, positivism, realism: a comparison between juridical systems.
