Syllabus
Prerequisites: General knowledge of both classical languages, Greek and Latin, and of the Greco-Roman literature.
Target skills and knowledge::
Course unit contents:
Planned learning activities: An introduction to the City of God by Augustine of Hippo. Secular history and Christian chronographic tradition in Augustine's theory of the two cities. A commentary on Book XVIII of the City of God.
