Syllabus
Prerequisites: Mastery of adult education methodologies and human resources basic knowledges
Target skills and knowledge:: - to be able to manage the different methodologies regarding different adult education contexts
- to be able to manage and organise the different phases of adult education design
- to be able to increase the value of the experience as source of development and growth for adult education
- to know the priciples of the evolution of adult education
- to be able to know the relational competences in organizations
- to be able to know the different models of the management of human resources
- to possess the priciples of organizational behaviour
Course unit contents: - the theories of adult education and of methodologies of adult education. The management of human resources
- the different methodological approaches.
- the management of human resources; as working penrsons within the organizations.
- values, attitudes and skills of working people in the organizational contexts.
Planned learning activities: The course aims to give the students the opportunity to reach a good level of knowledge of the methodologies of adult education and of the main thoeries referring to adult learning and in particular to experiential and generative education and learning.
the aim of this activity is to study and to deepen the topics referring to the management of human resources and organizational behaviuor.
The practice and online work will give the students the possibility to expertise some of the methodologies learned during the course and to create concrete outputs as for as an educational project.
