Brief description of the degree course
Caratteristiche e finalità
I laureati in Scienze e tecniche psicologiche conoscono: le discipline psicologiche di base e degli strumenti metodologici e tecnici della ricerca e dell'intervento psicologico sociale; i metodi e le tecniche proprie dello studio dell'ambiente e del contesto, delle diverse forme di intervento nelle organizzazioni. Posseggono le competenze per: costruire questionari e strumenti per la rilevazione di comportamenti, atteggiamenti e intenzioni comportamentali e per condurre interviste di diversi tipi; la comunicazione e la gestione delle informazioni, in particolare attraverso tecnologie informatiche e telematiche. Sono inoltre in grado di applicare strategie di analisi statistica univariata e multivariata, nonché di redigere relazioni preliminari sui risultati ottenuti; di utilizzare efficacemente, in forma scritta e orale, una lingua dell'Unione europea, oltre l'italiano, specialmente nell'ambito dei problemi di natura psicologico sociale riguardanti il lavoro, la gestione delle risorse umane e l'intervento nelle organizzazioni e nelle istituzioni.

Ambiti occupazionali
Il laureato potrà accedere alla professione di specialista in Scienze e tecniche psicologiche, usufruendo di molteplici opportunità tra cui: impiego presso direzioni Risorse umane di enti pubblici e aziende private; impiego o collaborazioni con istituti che conducono ricerche sui consumi, sulla pubblicità e sulle opinioni; impiego o collaborazioni con società ed enti pubblici e privati, e cooperative che operano nel privato sociale per le attività di ricerca, di consulenza, di formazione e di sviluppo organizzativo; attività di promozione e sviluppo degli interventi di comunità. Il laureato inoltre potrà completare la propria preparazione psicologica con ulteriori studi magistrali e svolgere la professione psicoterapeutica dopo il conseguimento del diploma di Scuola di specializzazione.

Il corso dà accesso ai corsi di laurea magistrali in: Cognitive neuroscience and clinical neuropsychology; Neuroscienze e riabilitazione neuropsicologica; Psicologia clinica; Psicologia clinico-dinamica; Psicologia cognitiva applicata; Psicologia dello sviluppo e dell'educazione; Psicologia clinica dello Sviluppo; Psicologia di comunità; Psicologia sociale, del lavoro e della comunicazione, secondo le modalità che saranno indicate negli specifici avvisi di ammissione.
