Brief description of the degree course
Caratteristiche e finalità
Il corso fornisce conoscenze e forma capacità professionali che garantiscano una visione completa delle attività e delle problematiche legate ai settori della gastronomia e della ristorazione. In particolare lo studente impara a ricoprire un ruolo gestionale e comunicativo in un ristorante, una azienda di catering o di produzioni tipiche, e dovrà essere capace di integrare competenze tecniche-organizzative con conoscenze economiche e storico-culturali.

Ambiti occupazionali
L'attività professionale del laureato si svolgerà principalmente nei settori della ristorazione e gastronomia, in tutte le aziende ed enti di promozione e valorizzazione di prodotti e nelle imprese che operano nei settori legati alla comunicazione e al marketing di prodotti ed eventi di natura gastronomica.

Dalla triennale alla magistrale
Il corso dà accesso al corso di laurea magistrale in Scienze e tecnologie alimentari, secondo le modalità che saranno indicate nello specifico avviso di ammissione.
