Syllabus
Prerequisites: No specific pass of these exams are required.
Target skills and knowledge: The student acquires knowledge in the field of cytology, histology and anatomy of farm animal
Examination methods: During the examination, the student should demonstrate the acquired knowledge as well as the ability to explain and present the required questions.
Assessment criteria: During the examination, the student should demonstrate the acquired knowledge as well as the ability to explain and present the required questions
Course unit contents: Student should demonstrates competences in cytology and histology (epithelial tissue, connective tissue, muscle tissue and nervous tissue). Student should also demonstrates competences in the anatomy of farm animal with special emphasis on endocrine glands, respiratory apparatus, digestive apparatus, urogenital apparatus, cardiovascular and lymphatic apparatus.
Planned learning activities and teaching methods: The course consist of 48-hour frontal lectures and 16-hour laboratories
Additional notes about suggested reading: Student should study by using textbook as well as lecture notes.
