Syllabus
Prerequisites: None
Target skills and knowledge: Students will gain scientific and technical knowledge regarding the psychological processes underlying employees’ behaviors, the communication and the decisional process within organizations. Furthermore, the course will provide general knowledge regarding the different types of organizational structure and design and the impact of new technologies on the working processes. Finally, students will learn to employ suitable research methods in the organizational environment.
Examination methods: The exam will be written and will consist of open and multiple choices questions
Assessment criteria: For attending students, an active participation during the lectures will be evaluated positively. In general, the student should be able to present clearly using the correct and pertinent jargon the topics of the course.

Planned learning activities and teaching methods: Traditional lectures will be complemented with group works and with oral presentations made by students. Furthermore, whenever possible, the lectures will be interactive and will include multimedia materials.
