Syllabus
Prerequisites: A basic knowledge of work and organizational psychology, psychosocial research methodology, and clinical psychology is required.
Target skills and knowledge: Epistemological, theoretical, and methodological aspects of action research, and specifically its applications in work contexts, as well as basic principles for conducting interviews in the organization.
Examination methods: Written examination with open and/or multiple-choise questions.
Assessment criteria: The students are evaluated on their mastery of the epistemological, theoretical, and methodological perspectives of action research, as well as their ability to apply this knowledge to interventions in different areas.
