Examination methods: Attending students
The distribution of the total score 30/30 will be as follows:
□ Online Assignment (mandatory for attending and non-attending students as well) development and testing of an interview on types, roles, and styles of consultants and facilitative approaches (LO 1) 10/30
□ Field visit and related assignment on gathering organization data by direct observation (LO 2) 10/30 (intermediate assignment)
□ Written exam with multiple choice and open-ended questions (LO 1, 2, 3) 10/30

Non-Attending students
The distribution of the total score 30/30 will be as follows:
□ Online Assignment (mandatory for attending and non-attending students as well): development and testing of an interview on types, roles, and styles of consultants and facilitative approaches (LO 1) 10/30
□ Written exam with multiple choice and open-ended questions (LO 1, 2, 3) 20/30
The field visit is opened to attending and non-attending students as well. If non-attending students take part in the visit and complete the related assignment, the total score will be distributed as above.
