Syllabus
Prerequisites: Good knowledge of basics of cell biology and genetics are required. The biology manual mentioned below can be of help in filling possible gaps of knowledge on these topics.
Examination methods: The final examination is written and made up of 32 multiple choice questions.
During the course, as a closing step for each topic, possible questions will be presented and discussed, in order to familiarize with the examination procedure.
Course unit contents: -The interplay between genes and environment;
-Methods to investigate the genetics of human behavior;
-Genetics of normal and pathological behavior in humans.
