Syllabus
Prerequisites: PROFESSIONAL PRACTICE METHODOLOGY IN REHABILITATION (Main lecture held in English 3 ECTS):
English language skill B1 level, according to Common European Framework of Reference for Language (CEFRL), for main lecture.

LEADERSHIP METHODOLOGY IN REHABILITATION (integrative lecture held in Italian* 3 ECTS):
Basics of the National Health Service’s organization.
Basics of Veneto Regional Health Service’s organization and of Local Health Units’ Organization in Veneto.
Being able to understand and learn.
Having independent judgment.
Having communication skills.

PROFESSIONAL ETHICS: (integrative lecture held in Italian* 2 ECTS):
Knowledge of the contents of the Code of Ethics of your profession.
Ability to understand and analyse oral and written texts, to derive inferences and logically consequent conclusions, to expose it orally and in writing with an appropriate form and lexicon.
Ability to adopt different forms of logical reasoning.
Availability to experience group work situations.
