Syllabus
Prerequisites: The knowledge of the material presented in the courses "automatic control" and "linear system theory" is needed.
Examination methods: Midterm and final exam, or homeworks and final presentation.
Course unit contents: The course will present a selection of the following topics:
Analysis of nonlinear systems, solutions and fundamental properties. Lyapunov stability theory, for both time-invariant and time varying systems. Control Lyapunov functions. Controllability for nonlinear systems. Feedback control and exact feedback linearization.
